We provide free shipping on all domestic orders. We offer worldwide shipping. Free shipping is not valid on international orders. If such cases apply, you are responsible for complying with the laws applicable to the country where you live and will be responsible for any such additional costs or taxes. If delivery is delayed for any reason we will let you know as soon as possible and advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery. You understand and agree to our no refund policy. You understand that once an order is submitted changes or cancellations can not be made (including item changes, shipping address changes, etc)

OUR HAIR REFUND/EXCHANGE POLICY

 ALL HAIR IS FINAL SALE . NO REFUNDS/EXCHANGES Once your order is placed no cancellations can be made Exchanges are only acceptable if there was a mistake made on our behalf or under special circumstances . We will reimburse you for the shipping cost once the hair is received . (ALL HAIR MUST BE RETURNED WITHIN 7 DAYS) . Your exchange will be declined if the hair is not in its original state . Your exchange will also be declined if the hair is not shipped back within 7 days . (if you are returning curly or wavy hair the hair must not be combed through) All customers are responsible for measuring their head. Please be sure to read the frontal and wig size. If your wig is too big or small you won’t be able to exchange it.
